ThinkTank Appoints New CFO to Take Company Through Next Phase of Growth
Executive team expansion continues with addition of seasoned finance and operations professional Sharon Kincl
ThinkTank, the leading provider of cloud-enabled Digital Engagement software for Leaders & Teams, continues its investment in new executive talent with the hiring of Sharon Kincl as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Kincl is a seasoned executive with extensive experience overseeing finance organizations for high-growth companies.
Ms. Kincl will oversee corporate finance, accounting and reporting for ThinkTank. She will also serve on the company’s executive team and report to ThinkTank’s President and CEO, Matt Wenger.
Ms. Kincl began her career at KPMG and has since served in numerous CFO positions over her 25 years of senior financial management experience. She has completed many strategic M&A deals, raised capital in debt and equity markets, managed multiple shareholder exits and leveraged her skills beyond financial management in pioneering technology companies and industries.
Ms. Kincl was most recently CFO at uStudio, Inc., where she served as a member of the senior management team responsible for its growing leadership position in the enterprise video management market. She also served as the CFO at Socialware, which was sold to Proofpoint and was a key influencer in the sale of the global organization, Vico Software, to Trimble Navigation Systems.
